Abstract/Paper Submission Guidelines

Please take the following guidelines into consideration to facilitate the submission and the subsequent follow-up process.

Guidelines for the abstract structure

• Each Author is supposed to first register his/her name as an author and submit the abstract through the provided user account.
• The acceptable word range for the abstract is 300 words. The abstracts which do not meet this word limit, not complying with the template will not be considered for review process..
• Please download the abstract template and follow the format carefully. Your submission should be in English.
• We encourage you to send informative abstract (complete abstract) which is a compendious summary of a paper’s substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion. If your abstract received an acceptance message from the conference, the full paper is to be submitted on the date announced later.
• Please send in a brief biography together with the Abstract.

 

Steps to follow for your abstract submission

Once you prepared your abstract according to the above guidelines and abstract template:

1. Submit your abstract via the conference website.
2. After submission you will be acknowledged of the receipt of the abstract via an email.

Please check the ELT6 Website (http://elt6.atu.ac.ir) and also the important dates section for abstract submission deadline.

Submit well before the submission deadline to be eligible for Early Bird rates to reserve your position for the conference

 Double Blind Peer Reviewing Process

• Your abstract will undergo a double-blind peer review by the scientific committee within two to three weeks after its receipt.
• Results of the abstract review will be sent to the author within two-four weeks of submission
• The Conference Chair serves as the head of the scientific committee and will take the final decision on abstracts.
• Acceptance or rejections of the paper will be sent to you with reviewer comments.
• If a revision is required, the revised abstract must be sent back within the time limit announced on the conference website.
• If your abstract is accepted, you will be invited to register for the Conference

 

• Important information for the co – authors

• Please note a single registration permits only one person to attend the conference
• If the co-authors would like to attend the conference their registration and payment are required to be made independently.
• The certificate will be issued for the co-authors upon their registration/payment for the conference.
• Please make prior communications with the organizing committee with regard to this matter to enjoy the benefit of the discount.
